I just came from reading the book Gravity by Tess Gerritsen and would like to share my review. The story of this thrilling novel revolves around Dr. Emma Watson, who gets into a living nightmare when the dream job of working in the International Space Station comes alive.
A lethal germ starts to reproduce rampantly, and the members of the crew start experiencing symptoms and that puts the lives of all the cast and crew in jeopardy.
The movie unfolds as a scramble for trying to ensure that the spread of the microbe does not go on and on, sacrificing as less lives as possible to do so. Her estranged husband, an astrophysics working for NASA back on Earth, longs to reunite with her; however, the escalating contagion begins endangering all of mankind. More action unfolds as Emma takes risks and makes choices with more complications and stakes in the space setting.
This is when Emma faces the ultimate challenge of his life, as he and the rest of the world could be left on the brink of disaster. There is the scientific mystery, and then there is a sizzling drama woven into the story to keep the suspense alive and racing towards the climax.
